Welcome to the E9M Halloween Special. If you missed it this was posted yesterday, Monday, actually ON Halloween, and I know I didn’t give you any warning. So if you’re just finding this on the regular Tuesday update day I apologize for depriving you of a full day of cartoon enjoyment. Prior to Sunday, when I thought this up, I had no intention of doing a Halloween-themed comic but I guess I’ve been watching way too much zombie-related TV. Also I read World War Z which is an excellent book about the coming zombie apocalypse and how we survive.

Do we really need a thermometer on the side of the beer? Coors claims that their beer is brewed cold, shipped cold, and sold cold, and yet they put a temperature indicator on the side of their beers. So we’ll know when the beer is cold. Shouldn’t it ALWAYS be cold? What that really tells us is if Jo-jo monkey boy at the grocery store left that six pack out of the freezer. Nice work Jo-jo!

Had a job interview yesterday. I know right? I thought it went well and I fully expect to earn one million dollars to take naps and watch hockey all day. Oh wait that’s my dream job. Maybe I was just doing that napping thing…? Anyway I hope to hear something by the end of the week.
The shaving-off-half-your-beard thing I actually did. I had put the trimmer in the charger and pushed the beard guard all the way down to “1” when I usually set it on “5.” Fortunately I didn’t get far before I realized it and was able to save most of my facial hair by using the “3” setting.
Susanne does not have good luck with cars. Most recently the new car she picked up lasted less than 24 hours without a dent from a parking lot infarction.
